Our Services
ConstructionCommissioning
We perform complete commissioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring all equipment operates according to design parameters before the final delivery of the project. Includes performance tests, adjustments and issuance of a technical report.
The difference between a system that simply works and a system that operates within design parameters can represent 20 to 30% more energy consumption, reduced service life and below-spec performance from the very first day of operation. Commissioning is the technical process that closes this gap — and one that most projects deliver incomplete or simply ignore.
Dancold performs complete commissioning of refrigeration systems after installation, covering everything from equipment start-up verification to full-load tests and fine-tuning of all operational parameters. Each piece of equipment is tested individually and together with the system, measuring pressure, temperature, air flow, electrical consumption and real coefficient of performance. The process includes training the client's operations team in correct usage procedures and first-level maintenance. Delivery is formalized with a technical report signed by a responsible engineer, documenting the operational state of the system and serving as the baseline for all subsequent PMOC. Delivery is the starting point of the operation — not the end of our work. That is why each commissioning is documented with enough precision to support audits, technical inspections and any regulatory process the client may face throughout the system's life.
Characteristics
Performance tests and verification of design parameters
We measure pressure, temperature, flow, electrical consumption and real COP of each piece of equipment individually and in integrated system operation, comparing the results with the executive project parameters to identify and correct deviations before delivery.
Operational adjustment and team training
Commissioning includes fine-tuning of all system controls, setpoints and schedules, plus practical training of the client's operations and maintenance team in correct usage procedures, alarms and first-level interventions.
Technical delivery report with ART
We issue a detailed technical report signed by a responsible engineer, documenting the operational state of the system on the delivery date. This document serves as the technical baseline for the PMOC and as proof of compliance in audits and inspections.
