CustomProjects
We develop executive HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration projects for any company that needs them. From sizing to technical delivery, we guarantee thermal and energy efficiency, along with compliance with current standards.
A poorly sized HVAC or refrigeration system is not just inefficient — it is a financial liability that grows silently. Oversized equipment consumes more energy than necessary. Undersized systems operate in constant overload, reducing service life and generating failures at critical moments of the operation. Dancold develops executive projects based on a rigorous technical survey of the environment, the real thermal load and the regulatory requirements of each sector.
For each client, the project starts from scratch: we visit the site, map the real operating conditions and size the system with technical precision before any equipment specification. We do not sell off-the-shelf solutions; we develop projects that solve each operation's pain, whether ensuring thermal comfort for teams and customers or making sure the production process never stops due to thermal failure. The result is a system that works for decades, with predictable operating costs from day one.
Characteristics
Technical survey and thermal load
Before any equipment specification, we carry out a complete inventory of the environment, calculate the real thermal load and identify the regulatory requirements applicable to the sector and the building's use.
Multidisciplinary executive project
We deliver descriptive memorials, technical drawings, equipment specifications and an implementation schedule with all documents required for execution and registration with CREA, including the ART of the responsible engineer.
Guaranteed regulatory compliance
All projects are developed within the applicable ABNT, ANVISA and ASHRAE standards, eliminating non-compliance risks in sanitary audits, Fire Department inspections and regulatory inspections.
